we are almost ready to publish our proposals for 10 Golden Rules for successful international chats.
The second phase of our work starts these days and will have to be accomplished by Monday, 22.
Each rule will be written in a different post, comments follow.
The teaching staff will help you sum up all your suggestions and select the Golden Rules.
