During the chat it's important to show respect to other users. Avoid any offensive expression or comment, pay attention to the way you address others. Avoid using any kind of names and nicknames that might bother the other user(s), respect others' opinons, positions, beliefs and ideas as well as you want yours to be respected.
Be careful when you use words in a foreign language, especially if you don't know their meaning exactly. Avoid using the partners' language inappropriately, above all when you are not sure about the meaning of the words and expressions you are using.
