Saturday and Sunday are days devoted to sports and activities
of all kinds on the ice in Lulea.
But the amazing thing is the fact that people don't simply run or
skate on an icy surface, they do it on a frozen river !

And of course we couldn't miss it !
We took a walk on the frozen river, enjoying the fresh clean air and looking at all the different varieties of weekend activities here in Lulea: skating, sliding, skiing, running or simply walking as we did...
The frozen river is a place for the whole family...
and a great occasion for family excursions ....despite the cold !
