There isn't an age to have a relationship. Everyone starts a relationship when he/she feels ready.
When an adult person or teenager has a relationship he/she manages the own relation with the partner: how many times to see, where, when...
The Italian society doesn't see the homosexual well because they don't respect the ideal of the family however they are normal people and they have the right to a normal life but sometimes it is very difficult.
