A collaboration between one Upper Secondary Schools in Luleå, Sweden and one in Castellanza, Italy. The blog is used for the competition Safer internet Day 2007, with the theme Netiquette. We also use the blog during our theme "Values and Lifestyles". First grade students (ID1C)at the Sportsprogram, Kungsfågeln and fourth grade students (4 I.G.E.A.) at the Istituto E.Fermi, are participating.

For us, (Jennifer, Sofi and Olof)abortion is okey. Because if you don't want to have a baby when you're pregnant then we don't think that you would have to keep it.
Abortion is OK! Some people might not be able to tell their parents since they are worried of what they might think, but it's a big decision and you should try to talk to a grown-up! If you don't believe that you can take good care of the baby (maybe you're too young or too poor, or whatever reason) Then you're just doing the best thing for the baby. Then it's justified!
In sweden we really doesn't care about abortion, it isn't a public issue, it's just the preists that cares. We are protesants, we don't have as many hard rules as the catolics.
We think abortion is ok, if you believe that you can´t take care of the baby. But you shouldn't abuse it. We think that you should get counceling after a abortion, because its a very hard decision to make. /Emelie, Anton and EMIIL
For us (Amanda, Emil and Tobias abortion is a legal right, but this doesn't mean that it should be abused and used as a contraceptive. If you have been raped we think that it is more justified to do an abortion.
In our country it is very easy to find and use contraceptives so abortion should be less frequent.
We also have a thing called day-after-pills that have to be subscribed by the doctor, this pill denies the potential baby in a very early stage.
We (Frida, Ella, Gustav and Andreas)think that abortion is okey. If you take your desicion responsibly it´s okey but if you wait to long to make your desicion it would be wrong to make abortion. Everybody talks about how bad it´s to be a young parent and then it´s okey to make abortion, but is it that bad? Nobody are born as a parent you become one, you learn to be one.
